Distance 108.47 km
Cumulative 4,296.04 km

blackbullcamp.JPG

The bush camp near Blackbull rail siding was selected after the local campground owners weren’t interested in our business, and with a nearby swimming hole is probably better than the actual camping ground would have been and a lot cheaper to boot

oldhut.JPG

This old miners hut is in Croydon, where most of the town is better preserved than this relic. I’m talking about the hut here people, not the person.

stockwip.JPG

One of the many beautiful sculpture in the park, this one a tribute to our early stockmen, others are to the indigenous tribes of the area and a beautiful tribute to those men fallen while defending our country, quiet unique this one.

straightrail.JPG

This proves that we really are off the rails !!
Or does it show we are on the straight and narrow ??

windmill.JPG

The little town of Croydon is filled with beautifully maitained buildings and the most beautiful artistic sculptures, this old windmill sits next to the old cop shop now the information centre. Somebody in this town really cares and it really has a nice feel.
